Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed accredited undergrad/grad in Civil, Construction, or related field.
• Interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds.
• Prior construction experience preferred but not required.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and work ethic.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from start to finish (estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, proposal development).
• Deliver accurate, detailed project estimates for execution planning.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings to refine scope and reduce costs with value-driven engineering insights.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to secure top-tier partners.
• Drive on-site communication through bi-weekly site meetings to resolve challenges.
