Qualifications

• Oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and safety.
• Coordinate design reviews and subcontractor buyouts.
• Deliver accurate project estimates and cost reporting.
• Lead bi-weekly job-site meetings and owner meetings.
• Drive value engineering and align with client expectations.
