ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to guide projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualifications
- Recent or upcoming degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, CM, Building Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in design/build and tilt-up concrete, industrial builds, etc.
- Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Own project success from start to finish including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposals.
- Develop detailed, reliable project estimates for successful execution.
- Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
- Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure top-tier talent and cost efficiency.
- Facilitate bi-weekly site meetings to align teams and track progress.
- Maintain scope, schedule, and budget while providing value-driven insights.
