ARCO Design/Build in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of complex projects from concept to closeout. You will lead estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and cost tracking while coordinating with clients and the design team to develop buildable concepts.

The role emphasizes cost control, value engineering, and proactive on‑site leadership with bi‑weekly meetings and strong collaboration with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management or related field.
• Interest in design/build and tilt-up concrete/industrial builds.
• Previous construction experience optional but preferred.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred; not required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead project facets from estimating through design coordination and buyout.
• Prepare detailed, reliable project estimates for execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams on concepts and scope.
• Participate in proposal meetings and drive value‑driven decisions.
• Lead subcontractor selection and cost‑effective partnerships.
• Coordinate bi‑weekly site meetings to align teams and schedule.
• Support on‑site decision making under pressure.
• Monitor quality and project progress against budget and scope.
