The role requires a PE license and 10+ years in MOT/traffic control, with DOT DB/PDB experience and strong communication to clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current PE license; preferred states UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA.
• 10+ years leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure.
• 3+ years DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Team leadership and client relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead MOT design development.
• Collaborate with contractor partners on MOT schemes.
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with project goals.
• Foster positive client and team relationships.
