Job summary

Organon in the United States is seeking a Territory Business Manager to cover Southern Connecticut from Guilford to Greenwich. You will drive product awareness and utilization, develop physician relationships, and meet sales initiatives within a defined territory.

This role requires two years sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel with up to 75% travel. The position offers flexible work arrangements and remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role, preference for dermatology/pharma or medical device.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance and learning aptitude.
• High sense of urgency and customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by territory.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales networks using business planning and local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant messaging.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and meet goals.
• Prioritize opportunities using marketplace knowledge and reimbursement landscape.
• Expand product demand with effective direct selling techniques.
• Sell in a changing healthcare environment, using strategic thinking to gain access.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
• Maintain patient-focused dialogue and total account management.
• Build relationships and visibility in the Dermatology community.
• Represent Organon professionally, ethically, and in compliance.
