Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Southern Connecticut, covering Guilford to Greenwich. You will build relationships with physicians and healthcare teams to drive product awareness and utilization within a defined territory. The role emphasizes ethical promotion, market knowledge, and strategic account management.

The position requires a minimum of two years in quota-driven sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role, preferably dermatology, medical devices, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated sustained performance and learning aptitude.
• High urgency in customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using business planning and local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant, disease- and product- knowledge.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals.
• Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement knowledge.
• Utilize direct selling techniques to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing healthcare environment with strategic thinking.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
• Maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent Organon professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
