Job summary

Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Managers will drive account-based selling to healthcare providers in dermatology, developing relationships with dermatologists, educators, residents and key accounts. You will expand adoption of Lilly’s portfolio while navigating complex reimbursement landscapes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pharma or related sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; professional license may be state-mandated.
• Authorized to work in the United States full time.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Two+ years of sales experience in pharma or related field.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and payor landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape.
• Manage relationships with dermatology-focused accounts and providers.
• Promote Lilly dermatology portfolio through patient-centered dialogue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positive customer experience.
• Identify advocacy groups and managed care organizations.
