Job summary

Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Manager wanted to drive account-based selling in dermatology. Build relationships with dermatology practices, hospital accounts, and key influencers to promote Lilly therapies and improve patient care.

Role requires strong sales experience and knowledge of healthcare reimbursement. Travel within the territory, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and delivering results in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical).
• Account-based selling experience.
• Strong learning agility and self-motivation.
• Ability to identify and engage staff in accounts.
• Experience navigating complex healthcare systems.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• Experience selling injectable/infusion therapies.
• Willing to live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
