Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based sales professional to resolve account challenges, build strategic territory plans, and drive product demand. You will partner with territory teams, field colleagues, and home-office staff to deliver access support and improve patient outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech or similar complex sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and travel 60–80% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven high performance selling to large accounts.
• Analytical self-starter with ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
• Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan to align priorities, drive product demand, and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and trends to generate local insights, support pull-through, and lead engagements (virtual/in-person).
• Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems across functions.
• Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
• Use digital tools and omni-channel outreach to engage customers (virtual and face-to-face).
