Scorpion Therapeutics is hiring for a field-based role focused on driving access and demand across a designated US territory. You will lead strategic plans, engage customers, and collaborate with home-office and sector teams to deliver tailored access solutions.

The role requires proven sales success in pharma/biotech or similarly complex environments, strong analytics, and a commitment to ethical leadership. Expect 60–80% travel and territory-based activity across Minnesota and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Proven high performance selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured complex sales.
• Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving ability and ethical/compliance leadership.
• Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Use market, competitive, and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
• Deliver real-time access support in collaboration with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach and engage customers.
