Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Minnesota is seeking a data-driven field-based sales professional to drive access and demand across a defined territory. You will build strategic plans, engage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

The role requires a track record in complex healthcare sales, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel 60–80% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college/university.
• 5 years pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with geographically dispersed teams; associate-level acceptable.
• Proven track record selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving abilities; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
• Residence within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60-80% and drive/fly within territory; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts with tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligning priorities to drive product demand.
• Partner with territory teams, field teams, and home-office colleagues for access support.
• Apply market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data to generate local insights and support pull-through efforts.
• Lead customer engagements virtually or in person.
• Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve cross-functional challenges.
• Deliver real-time access support and coordinate with PSS for seamless experience.
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach and engage in virtual and face-to-face settings.
