• 2+ years in medical/dental/med-spa office setting (dermatology preferred).
• Lead or supervisory administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise medical office personnel for efficiency, including staff scheduling and performance support.
• Train new hires across administrative roles and office procedures.
• Support daily operations: patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and payment collection.
• Improve understanding of health insurance practices to aid patient accounts.
• Meet with billing director to train on payments systems and insurance changes.
• Monitor front office workflows for accuracy and adherence to protocols.
