Duly Health and Care is seeking a Lead Patient Access Conversion Specialist in Lombard, IL for full-time 40 hours/week. The role focuses on coordinating care delivery, improving health outcomes, and ensuring patients are scheduled and seen as intended while maintaining strict patient confidentiality under HIPAA.

The Lead acts as a subject-matter expert, supports daily workflow coordination, onboarding, and training, and communicates process updates.

Responsibilities

• Quality and accuracy (70%): monitor productivity, quality and timeliness; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Phone Etiquette and Call wrap-up (15%): answer calls pleasantly, document outreach, scheduling, and concerns.
• Participates in departmental projects and meetings (15%): attend meetings, maintain current materials, support department tasks.
