Responsibilities

• Train and mentor front-office staff.
• Delegate tasks to ensure clinical flow of front office for patient care and experience.
• Adjust quickly to changing priorities and workloads.
• Schedule patients for new/returning/follow-up appointments and verify insurance.
• Ensure patient check-in and check-out procedures are followed.
• Keep the practice manager informed and communicate clearly with the team.
