Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Receptionist Lead to oversee daily reception operations and support a smooth patient experience across multiple locations in the United States. This role collaborates with office management and physicians to ensure efficient front-desk processes and high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of reception experience, familiarity with medical terminology, and strong leadership and customer service skills to mentor the team and improve workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years reception experience.
• Preferred familiarity with medical terminology.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and vendors and sign them in/out.
• Enter patient data into EHR systems and schedule appointments.
• Collect outstanding balances and copays; assist billing as needed.
• Train and coach reception staff; act as point of contact for the team.
• Support the Office Manager with weekly scheduling and throughput improvements.
