DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Receptionist Lead to oversee daily operations of the reception team and enhance the patient experience across sites. The role collaborates with office management to ensure smooth workflows and patient flow.

The lead will guide front-desk staff, manage schedules, assist with billing interactions, and support providers to maintain high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years reception experience required.
• Prior experience with medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to learn related center tasks and support management.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones.
• Greet patients and vendors.
• Sign patients in/out and collect insurance information.
• Enter patient data into EHR systems.
• Schedule appointments at phone and checkout desks.
• Collect balances and copays.
• Train new team members and coach existing staff.
• Interface with billing team and assist in efficiency improvements.
• Review provider schedule and audits.
