Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Front Desk Associate to support patient flow at our Henderson clinic. The role focuses on check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and accurate patient data entry within EMA.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of medical front desk experience, preferably in dermatology or cosmetic settings, and familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 codes and insurance verification. Strong communication and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years front desk experience in a medical office/clinic.
• Prior dermatology or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Experience with patient check-in/out workflows.
• Experience verifying insurance.
• Familiarity with medical dermatology terms and CPT/ICD-10.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional in appearance and compassionate.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• EMR system experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle front desk duties: answer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments.
• Prepare necessary patient paperwork before the appointment.
• Review EMA for information updates and enter patient data.
• Identify payer sources, verify insurance eligibility and prior authorizations.
• Record and collect patient copays and/or balances at check-in/out.
• Other duties as assigned.
