This full-time role involves opening/closing duties, medical records handling, scheduling follow-ups, processing co-pays, and assisting with cosmetic product sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer functions and fast learner of new software.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a team; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Open and close clinic duties at shift start/end.
• Greet patients, check-in, verify insurance.
• Scan documents into the electronic health record.
• Maintain waiting area and reception area tidy.
• Monitor schedules for added/cancelled/no-show appointments.
• Schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Respond to tasks in the EHR.
• Order clinic office supplies.
• Sell and track cosmetic products.
• Distribute mail.
• Prepare for next day appointments.
