Dermatology Partners is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet, check in, schedule, and guide patients through appointments while handling phone calls and emails with a warm, professional demeanor.

You will verify insurances, complete pre-registration, collect demographics and payments, and maintain a tidy, compliant front desk. Travel to regional clinics may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical office reception preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel to regional clinics.
