Ideal candidates excel in customer service, maintain confidentiality, and can multitask in a fast-paced dermatology front office while traveling between office locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical front office setting preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and EHR (ModMed/EMA) desired.
• Knowledge of medical terminology appreciated.
• Experience handling patient intake, registration, and front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, welcoming patient experience from arrival through departure.
• Ensure provider schedules are optimized to support patient access and efficiency.
• Facilitate timely communication and resolution of patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient information and records.
• Verify coverage and collect patient financial responsibilities.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless care.
• Prepare visits and minimize delays and disruptions.
• Maintain a clean, professional front office reflecting Dermio Dermatology standards.
• Support Dermio Dermatology's mission and patient service goals.
