Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to cover the greater Manchester, NH area. You will engage dermatologists and other healthcare providers, communicating a strong value proposition and driving product adoption through technically based selling.

The role requires field travel, relationship-building, and strategic territory management to meet sales goals. The position offers a base salary range of $110,000–$165,000 with potential commissions/bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sales.
• Dermatology, Specialty or Immunology experience preferred.
• Proven sales success in complex markets; product launch experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with HCPs within the assigned territory.
• Differentiate product value proposition to Healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Articulate features, uses, benefits, safety and efficacy of LEO portfolio.
• Gather market intelligence and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop a call routing plan to maximize calls on targeted customers.
• Coordinate distribution of product samples and promotional materials.
• Complete required training and administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies.
