Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to represent the dermatology portfolio in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will engage dermatologists, GPs and other healthcare providers to grow sales and communicate the value of LEO products.

The role is field-based, covering the Phoenix-Masa region. A Bachelor’s degree plus 2–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred, with strong clinical selling skills and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; sales/marketing or science related degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of sales experience required; Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Dermatology, Specialty or Immunology experience preferred.
• Proven, documented record of consistent sales success in complex markets; product launch experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information; advanced clinically based selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong, enthusiastic presentation and closing skills. Ability to work effectively remotely in a virtual setting.
• Proven organizational skills, planning, time management, and territory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with HCPs within the assigned territory and promote LEO portfolio.
• Differentiate product value proposition to Healthcare providers to develop product advocates.
• Articulate features, uses, safety and efficacy of products for appropriate patient profiles.
• Gather market intelligence and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop a call routing plan to maximize opportunities; achieve call expectations.
• Coordinate distribution of product samples and promotional materials.
• Complete training and administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Adhere to laws, regulations and company policies.
