Job summary

LEO Pharma Inc. in Boston is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive dermatology portfolio adoption. You will engage with dermatologists, general practitioners and other healthcare providers to communicate value and support patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or marketing or science-related degrees preferred.
• 5–7 years of Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Dermatology, Specialty or Immunology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience selling sub-cutaneous self-injectables or office-administered biologics preferred.
• Proven, documented sales success in complex markets with product launches advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with HCPs (nurses, office staff, pharmacists) within territory.
• Differentiate product value proposition to Healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
• Articulate features of LEO Pharma’s portfolio including uses, benefits, safety and efficacy.
• Gather market intelligence and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop a call routing plan to maximize calls on targeted customers.
• Coordinate distribution of samples and promotional materials.
• Complete required training and administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Must live within driving distance of territory epicenter and have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel within and outside territory; some nights/weekends travel as needed.
