Job summary

LEO Pharma Inc. is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to cover the Baltimore, Washington, and Rockville territory.

You will engage dermatology healthcare providers, articulate product value, and drive sales through strategic engagements in a field-based role. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sales, dermatology or immunology experience, and strong clinical selling skills with the ability to work remotely when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; sales/marketing or science related degree preferred.
• 5-7 years Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Dermatology, Specialty or Immunology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience selling sub‑cutaneous self‑injectable or office administered biologics preferred.
• Proven, documented sales success in complex markets; product launch experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work remotely in a virtual setting.
• Must live within driving distance of territory epicenter; valid driver's license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and effective relationships with HCPs within assigned territory.
• Differentiate product value proposition to all Healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Articulate features of LEO Pharma’s portfolio, including uses, benefits, safety and efficacy.
• Gather market intelligence and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop a call routing plan to maximize calls on targeted customers; meet call expectations.
• Coordinate distribution of product samples and promotional materials.
• Complete required training and administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
