Galderma is seeking an Account Manager for the Consumer Care portfolio in Raleigh, NC. You will promote Cetaphil and other consumer skincare products to healthcare providers, supporting staff, and drive demand in your assigned territory.

The role requires 2+ years of outside B2B sales, a valid driver's license, strong communication, and relationship-building skills. Travel overnight may be needed; MS Office and CRM proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university is required.
• Two (2) years of outside business to business sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong track record of consistent documented success (such as sales performance).
• Possess valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed is required.
• Strong business acumen including excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships, service the total office, and add value with every interaction.
• Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment, virtual interaction technology, and familiar with CRM software.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards to increase patient demand of consumer skincare portfolio through targeted strategies at the HCP office level.
• Participate in face-to-face sales calls with HCPs, distribution of product samples, and attendance at company meetings; some meetings may occur during evening or weekend hours; travel may be necessary.
• Meet or exceed goals and objectives for designated product portfolio and other KPIs (e.g., HCP satisfaction surveys, coupon redemption, POS).
• Record sales call notes, tracking samples, and other territory management activities through company data reporting system.
