Galderma is seeking an Account Manager for the Boston North area to drive direct sales of medical skin care products to physicians and professionals. You will build credibility, deliver product training, and expand market share in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, 3+ years of aesthetic sales, and strong relationship-building and communication skills. A competitive benefits package and base salary with commission are offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent education.
• 3+ years aesthetic sales experience with existing relationships within territory.
• Effective goal setting, planning and communication; strong problem solving.
• Self-reliant with ability to make solid business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
• Initiate actions to increase sales and market share.
• Develop direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Coordinate physician training programs and in-services/events.
• Provide technical product and procedure expertise to customers.
• Build strong professional relationships and credibility with customers.
