Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners seeks a Clinic Operations Leader to direct the performance of a dermatology clinic location, drive outcomes, and ensure patient-focused service. You will oversee budgets, staffing, and interdepartmental collaboration to maximize efficiency and patient care across the network.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical office management, dermatology experience, and proficiency with NextGen/EMA.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's in Business preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years medical office management experience.
• Dermatology/ cosmetic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NextGen or EMA software and CPT/ICD-10 coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinic operations across multiple locations.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenditures to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate staffing schedules two weeks in advance and ensure coverage.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, credentialing, and staff development.
• Monitor revenue cycle and maintain high standards of patient service.
