Forefront Dermatology in Atlanta is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead on-site operations and patient experience at our dermatology clinic. You will manage financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and compliance while partnering with clinicians and market leaders to drive growth.

Ideal candidates bring proven clinic management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to optimize revenue, access, and quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manage full ambulatory clinic operation across financial performance, clinical operations, staff management, patient experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial acumen including budget management, revenue cycle fundamentals, P&L monitoring, charge capture oversight, and variance analysis in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in scheduling template management, capacity optimization, fill rate and lag time monitoring, and provider productivity management.
• Strong people leadership skills including hiring, performance management, coaching, and team development across clinical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and budget for the clinic, with variances and corrective actions.
• Oversee revenue cycle performance and billing processes at the clinic level.
• Optimize provider scheduling, templates, and capacity utilization.
• Lead patient access, intake, and scheduling coordination across teams.
• Direct staff supervision, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement policies and risk controls.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to drive growth and patient experience.
• Lead provider relations and contract-related operational requests.
