QualDerm Partners LLC is seeking a Lead, Clinical to oversee clinical operations in a dermatology and aesthetic care setting. You will drive staff performance, optimize patient flow, manage MAs, and ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years clinical experience, preferably dermatology or cosmetic practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as superuser for the EMA ModMed system and guide providers and MAs.
• Mentor and train new MAs on clinic procedures and patient care standards.
• Monitor and optimize patient flow by reallocating staff during peak times.
• Ensure efficient appointment handling, procedures, and patient communication.
• Oversee inventory management of medical supplies, ensuring materials are stocked and organized.
• Support the Practice Manager by addressing patient complaints and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards and maintain a clean clinical environment.
• Assist in documenting clinical interactions and patient information in the EHR.
