Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a dermatology clinic location in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive operational excellence, budget adherence, and high-quality patient service, partnering with physicians and staff to optimize performance.

The role requires experience in medical office management, dermatology exposure, CPT/ICD-10 proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills. A driver’s license is required for coordination of clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of medical office management experience.
• Dermatology and cosmetic clinic experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Experience with NextGen or EMA practice management software.
• Proven leadership and staffing/delegation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage one clinic location, defining mission, goals, budget, and performance standards.
• Oversee Revenue Cycle Management and ensure monthly metrics are met (target 95% collection rate).
• Monitor scheduling, staffing, and overtime; ensure shifts are planned two weeks in advance.
• Coordinate communication across departments and with physicians and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; credential physicians and mid-level providers as needed.
• Manage budget, expenses, and vendor/marketing coordination.
