Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dermatology clinic and Mohs/Surgical flow.
• Serve as primary liaison for patients and care teams across departments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA and related regulations.
• Develop and implement policies, workflows, and performance dashboards.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Medical Director to align Mohs, dermatology, and research initiatives.
