You will supervise a small team, manage hiring, onboarding, and performance, and lead daily operations to ensure quality patient care across scheduling, clinical support, and administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes staff development, policy adherence, and collaboration with Human Resources to maintain a compliant, patient-centered clinic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of clinical dermatology or ambulatory care experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead role preferred.
