Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead and manage one West Clinic location in La Jolla, San Diego. You will define goals, budgets, and performance standards while guiding staff and physicians to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include overseeing revenue cycle management, scheduling, hiring, and ensuring CPT/ICD-10 compliance, with a focus on collaboration, ownership, respect, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years medical office management is required.
• Dermatology and cosmetic experience is required.
• Knowledge of Nextgen or EMA computer programs and applications.
• CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines.
• Strong personnel management, training, and delegation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and direct the work of others.
• Ability to establish relationships with patients, employees, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Leads employees to accomplish objectives and maintain effectiveness.
• Monitor clinic expenditures within budget.
• Develop leadership skills of staff through delegation.
• Coordinate interdepartmental functions.
• Recruitment and credentialing of physicians and staff.
• Maintain strong patient and staff communications.
