Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years medical office management is required.
• Dermatology and cosmetic experience is required.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.

Responsabilités

• Leads employees to accomplish objectives; defines expectations and maintains effectiveness under pressure.
• Monitors clinic expenditures within budget and manages staffing needs.
• Oversees scheduling, recalls, and staffing coverage two weeks in advance.
• Develops leadership skills through delegation and mentoring of staff.
• Manages revenue cycle processes and collaborates with the RCM team.
• Implements policy, budgets, and capex requests in coordination with management.
