Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide executive leadership for the NASA AEGIS IT services contract. The role entails guiding multiple work packages across data centers, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity, with direct reporting to the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership abilities; detail-oriented; effective under deadlines.
• 7+ years managing employees (including subcontractors) across multiple labor categories.
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts; managing deliverables, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience interacting with senior level customers (SES and above).
• Experience capturing on-contract growth.
• Experience in IT contracts with CRM across multiple stakeholder communities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Leidos and NASA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership to align with priorities.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies: data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, collaboration services.
• Assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization improvements.
• Translate NASA OCIO objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, outcomes.
• Direct leadership of Portfolio Managers for Collaboration & Specialized Services; manage NASA Center funded work.
• Foster innovation, learning, and accountability; mentor leaders at all levels.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, model strong leadership; promote program collaboration.
