Job summary

Leidos Digital Sector seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead NASA IT services, including data centers, cloud, networks, VoIP, and cybersecurity. You will report to the Program Manager and help grow the contract while ensuring delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth.

The ideal candidate combines trusted advisory skills with broad enterprise IT experience, capable of guiding a complex, multi-center program and mentoring leaders across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years.
• Strong leadership; detail-oriented; thrives under deadlines.
• 7+ years supervising employees (including subcontractors) across labor categories.
• Proven program management across CPAF and FFP contracts, including budgets & deliverables.
• Experience with senior-level customers (SES and above).
• Experience in IT contracts and customer relationship management across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with NASA and Leidos senior leadership to align priorities.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Guide governance, risk, and integration across the program.
• Translate objectives into priorities, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor leaders and promote collaboration across the program.
