Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead the NASA AEGIS IT services program, including data centers, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity. You will report to the Program Manager and guide delivery, growth, and customer satisfaction for a complex, multi-center contract.

The role requires strong leadership, program management experience across CPAF/FFP, and collaboration with NASA and Leidos senior leadership.US citizenship and security clearance requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years.
• Proven Program Management across CPAF and FFP contracts including budgets and deliverables.
• Experience managing IT contracts with CRM across multiple stakeholder communities.
• Experience interacting with senior customers (SES and above).
• Preferred: ITIL, SAFe Product/Lean Portfolio, PMP certification; NASA or federal agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior NASA and Leidos leadership to align with priorities.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
• Assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization.
• Translate NASA OCIO objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Provide leadership of Portfolio Managers; enable funding and growth opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability.
• Mentor leaders on career growth and technical decision making.
• Communicate expectations and model strong leadership behaviors.
