Job summary

Leidos Digital Sector seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead NASA AEGIS IT services, guiding teams across data centers, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity. The role reports to the Program Manager and focuses on achieving growth, delivering services, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with strong program management experience, capable of directing complex projects and fostering collaboration across multiple organizations and centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts, including budgets, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience interacting with senior level customers (SES and above).
• Experience capturing on-contract growth and managing IT contracts with cross-stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior NASA and Leidos leadership to align priorities.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
• Translate objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Support governance and integration with Leidos' business rhythms (MORs, IPRs, risk reviews).
• Mentor leaders on career growth and technical decision making.
• Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely feedback.
