Job summary

Leidos' Digital Sector seeks a Deputy Program Manager to provide program leadership to NASA AEGIS, overseeing enterprise IT services, data centers, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity. You will report to the Program Manager and help achieve financial, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth objectives.

The role demands a trusted advisor with broad IT domain experience, ability to lead diverse teams, translate agency objectives into actionable plans, manage risks, and mentor leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership abilities; detail-oriented; effective under deadlines.
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF, and FFP contracts; handling budgets and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with senior level customers (SES and above) and ability to brief NASA and Leidos leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership to align with priorities.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies (data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity).
• Translate objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Provide leadership of Portfolio Managers and coordination with contract team and centers.
