Job summary

Leidos seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead a complex NASA enterprise IT services program, reporting to the Program Manager for the NASA AEGIS contract. You will influence mission-critical IT across data centers, cloud, networks, collaboration tools, and cybersecurity, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong people leadership, governance, and technical advisory skills, and will mentor leaders while delivering on program objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master's and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership abilities; detail-oriented; effective under deadlines.
• 7+ years of experience managing employees (including subcontractors) across multiple labor categories.
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts, including budgets and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with senior-level customers (SES and above).
• Experience managing IT contracts with focus on Customer Relationship Management across multiple stakeholder communities.
• ITIL, SAFe Agile Product Manager or Lean Portfolio Manager preferred; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership to align with agency priorities.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, network, VoIP, and cybersecurity.
• Guide contract governance; monitor status, schedules, risks, and decisions.
• Assist in program governance and integration with Leidos operating rhythms; support internal coordination.
