Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience (or Master's and 10+ years).
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts.
• Experience with senior-level customers (SES and above) and contract growth.
• Experience managing IT contracts with focus on CRM across multiple stakeholder communities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership to align with agency priorities.
• Lead engineering across data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
• Assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization improvements.
• Translate NASA objectives into actionable engineering plans, milestones and outcomes.
• Provide leadership to Portfolio Managers for collaboration and specialized services.
• Mentor leaders and promote a culture of innovation and accountability.
