Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a NASA AEGIS IT services program, including data centers, cloud, networks, VoIP, and cybersecurity. The role reports to the Program Manager and focuses on strategic leadership, program governance, and growth capture.

The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership, deep enterprise IT experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple NASA centers and Leidos service lines to meet objectives and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s with extensive relevant experience.
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts.
• Experience with senior-level customers (SES and above) and growth capture.
• Experience managing IT contracts with focus on CRM across multiple stakeholder communities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership and lead across AEGIS technologies.
• Planning, Governance & Integration: guide contract requirements and support governance, risk & escalation processes.
• Mentor leaders and promote collaboration across the program and Leidos.
• Communicate expectations and provide feedback to ensure program success.
