Job summary

Leidos in the United States is seeking a NOC Technician to support the DGOC operations 24/7. You will monitor network events, analyze alarms, and coordinate fault corrections while communicating with O&M teams and customers. A DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Experience in alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, and familiarity with routers/switches is essential. Availability for 24/7 shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, or performance management experience.
• Active DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification required by start date.
• Proficiency with network hardware and devices (routers, switches, CISCO/Juniper).
• General understanding of network topologies, including transport and IP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network events and element management 24/7/365; analyze alarms and coordinate fault corrections.
• Notify contacts based on network incidents and coordinate with service providers to restore service.
• Provide situational awareness to leadership and affected communities; communicate with O&M team and customers.
