Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service & Product Specialist trainer to develop a team of Product Sales Specialists. You will ensure excellent customer service, product knowledge, and smooth store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers hourly pay and requires a high school diploma with at least one year of sales or customer service experience. Duties include merchandising, training, and assisting customers throughout the shopping journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner and answer product questions.
• Assist customers with product selections and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain department merchandising, pricing, and organization to reflect store standards.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and stay current on product knowledge.
• Process transactions at checkout using the POS system; handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays; create price tags and signage.
• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
