Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Trainer for Product Sales Specialists to drive customer service excellence and product knowledge in-store. The role focuses on training, supervision, and ensuring accurate product placement and pricing while maintaining high standards of presentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment, including forklift safety and POS procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product information for customers.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and organization of department.
• Complete certification courses for product specialists.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process purchases at POS and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Communicate SOPs to associates and manage inventory needs.
• Provide class demonstrations to customers and stock displays as required.
