Job summary

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Deposit Services Specialist to support the administration and back-end management of customer deposit accounts. You will perform a variety of operational tasks to ensure accurate processing and regulatory compliance, while resolving deposit-related questions and issues.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely support and maintain a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Two or more years of relevant work experience in bank operations preferred.
• Experience with deposit services and account maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process CIP/COBO checks and new account openings accurately.
• Support IRA savings and IRA CD administration and reporting.
• Maintain accurate account information and verify signature cards and documents.
• Review system reports and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Handle mail processing, scanning, and return mail tasks.
• Assist with ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.
