The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Deposit Services Specialist to support the administration and back-end management of customer deposit accounts. The Deposit Services Specialist supports the administration and back-end management of customer deposit accounts, performing a variety of operational tasks to ensure account information and deposit services are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements. This role researches and resolves deposit-related questions and issues, maintains accurate account information, and supports the day-to-day operation of deposit services. The Deposit Services Specialist works closely with internal teams and external partners to provide timely and reliable support while helping create a seamless experience for customers and maintaining strong operational and regulatory compliance.

High School degree required. Two or more years of relevant work experience; preferably in bank operations or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet accountabilities and required competencies of the position.
