Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Wire Processing and Funds Management: processes and supports wire activity with accuracy and service.
• Deposit Operations Processing & Account Maintenance: handle transfers, research, CDs, updates, and related requests.
• Exception Resolution, Balancing & Quality Control: resolve non-posts, stop payments, reconcile ledgers and perform quality checks.
• Customer and Internal Support: provide professional support to branches, customers and internal teams; ensure compliance and confidentiality.
