Qualifications

• Ability to process deposits, ACH, wire transfers, and digital banking tasks.
• Strong confidentiality, compliance awareness, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand core banking apps and deposit, digital banking, ACH, wire transfer, and card processing.
• Process domestic and international wire transfers accurately and timely.
• Support employees with wire transfer requests from customers.
• Handle ACH files and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Perform daily deposit operations and reconcile activities.
• Provide great customer service while safeguarding confidential information.
• Maintain attendance and participate in meetings and training.
